1. Services

Elucate U provides English language teaching services, including but not limited to: individual lessons, group classes, voice message learning, and self-paced materials.

2. Booking and Payments

• All lesson bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is required in advance to secure your booking
• Package deals must be used within 6 months of purchase
• Prices are subject to change, but changes won't affect pre-paid lessons

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for lesson cancellation
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the lesson being charged in full
• Lessons can be rescheduled subject to availability
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Student Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Complete assigned homework to maximize learning
• Maintain respectful communication
• Provide accurate contact information

5. Teacher Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and engaging lessons
• Provide appropriate learning materials
• Track student progress
• Maintain student confidentiality

6. Refund Policy

• Individual lessons are non-refundable but can be rescheduled
• Package refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, minus any used lessons
• Self-paced materials are non-refundable once accessed

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is kept secure and confidential, used only for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided remain the intellectual property of Elucate U. Students may use these materials for personal study but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or website announcements.
